1. Accredited Learnership Programs

Our learnerships are structured 12-month learning programs where learners master theory and practical skills directly related to their occupation. We offer both Funded and Self-Funded models to suit your strategic needs.

  • Programs Offered: General Security NQF Level 3 and Cleaning Practitioner NQF 3.
  • Operational Advantage: Thanks to our Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process, learners spend only 10 days in the classroom, minimizing operational disruption and saving you money.
  • Financial Benefits: Enjoy massive payroll savings. While participating, you do not pay for overtime, Sunday time, annual bonuses, provident funds, or Skills Development Levies (SDL).
  • Funding Perks: Depending on the model, hosting employers can receive a net stipend of R2,200 per learner, per month for 12 months, or R16,000 per annum via SASSETA funding. Training is conducted at zero cost to the client for funded programs.

2. Accredited Skills Programs

A skills program is a short, highly-focused training course designed to develop specific workplace skills quickly and compliantly.

  • Programs Offered: SASSETA Accredited Patrol Officer, Workplace Essential Skills, and New Venture Creation.
  • Structure: 6 months of employment with only 10 days of classroom training before learners are deployed on site.
  • Financial Benefits: For funded skills programs, the company receives a stipend of R1,400 net per learner, per month for 6 months, and the training is fully covered by funding.

3. Corporate Compliance Training

Compliance training ensures your employees know, understand, and strictly follow the safety rules and regulations that apply to their work environment.

  • Modules Include: Firefighting Training, First Aid Training, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Level 1, and OHS Level 2.

4. HR Services & Funding Administration

Navigating SETA funding and personnel management requires expertise. Our skilled administration team has successfully completed numerous funding projects and handles the red tape so you can focus on your business.

  • Administration: We manage SLAs, Funder Service Provider agreements, monthly opportunity forms, and all necessary compliance documentation.
  • HR Support: We offer comprehensive recruitment services to source qualified candidates (e.g., PSIRA Grade C, clear criminal records), learnership consultation, and professional disciplinary services.
